Admittedly, our three breeds are a little more rare than other breeds.  I love that about them.  But sometimes it can be a little harder to find information about them.  We ran into that a lot when we first got involved with Cotons, Havanese & Cavaliers over a decade ago.   We recently stumbled across these professionally done breed videos produced by Animal Planet.  Honestly, they probably did a better job of putting them together than we could have ourselves.  And for the most part I found the information to be accurate and the video footage to be great.   If you’re a fan of these breeds, I think you’ll enjoy these videos as much as we did. 

Great video.  Even after being around the breed all these years, even I learned a couple things from this video about the breed.  My only complaint about is it that I think they might have overstated the possibility of mitral valve issues.  Maybe it’s the result of luck, good stock or selective breeding, but we’ve almost never experienced that with our Cavaliers.
